Quite frankly, on top of that monumental task, you’re expected to impart knowledge on them to be rich and set them up financially successful. So much of who your child becomes will be based on upbringing, and that can include their financial success and failures. They’ll need to become self-sufficient managers of their own finances, and the resources available to them. They should be armed with a solid education to learn about saving, budgeting, bills, investing, managing credit cards, retirement, goal-setting and they get financial success.

Don’t do their work for them

Most parents may despise it, but don’t do their work for them, instead teach them to be rich in reaching millionaire status. Avoid helping your children with homework or a school project, by doing it for them, it isn’t teaching them the value of hard work. And any rewards that come from it will need to do well in school, of course, learning to be rich. They must understand that not everything will come easily without money, which is a more important lesson than an “A” on a paper.

Leading example for getting Financial success

Leading by example means not encouraging your kids to spend wisely but teach them to be rich and save their money.  If you have no impulse control, you are constantly accruing more credit card debt. Educating yourself before you have a kid will help you be in a better position to set them up. Staying on top of the world of finance throughout your child’s life is a maxim you need to practice before you teach.

Cultivate hobbies that can pay off

Despite all of this preparation, there’s no guarantee your kid will be rich, you need to teach them to cultivate hobbies. And while you can’t force them to be anything, encourage hobbies that can pay off like exercising, creative writing, or learning a new language. It can be rich hobbies like tennis, golf, or ballet that success-minded kids want to make a career with. You can try to cultivate the hobbies in them that you want to see in your kids from an early age.

You could just give them money
