How to set up an account

There you will need to click on the green Sign up button and you will be provided with three steps. You need to follow those three steps to set up your Google Analytics account. Click on the Signup button and fill out the necessary information for your new account.

When you arrive at this step to set up Google analytics, you will be able to track the data you want. Set up site search

Go to the VIEW column and click on the View Settings.

Next you will need to set Site Search Tracking to ON.

You will be provided with the Query Parameter box, where you will need to enter your site’s search query parameter. The query parameter is usually “s” or “q”, but you can check by running a search on your website. No matter what you search, you will see your query parameter in your URL placed right before your query. For instance, if you search for the word “mobile” on Google, the URL result will look like this http://google.com/?hl=en&q=mobile

Click on the Save button, Google Analytics will be able to track every single search on your website.
