Know about the full list of Coronavirus Coverage in The USA

Coronavirus Coverage

Here is the full list of Coronavirus Coverage. The coronavirus epidemic has affected countries across the Globe. The US is highly influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic. On Jan 27, the first coronavirus case was confirmed. In the US, about 1 million people have confirmed cases of COVID – 19. On April 12, the United States became the nation with the highest number of confirmed cases globally. The death counts may be leveling off, but the rise in the number of cases is enhancing rapidly. This pattern is not consistent across the country as new hot spots are emerging, and others are subsiding.

A large population of US suffering is centered on New York City. Since March 20, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey have accounted for about 50% of all US cases. As per the estimate, about 60% of all confirmed cases are from these 3 states. New York has seen 8,000-10,000 new cases every day between March 31 to April 12.

To understand how one state’s outbreak compares with the other’s, it is better to look at the rate of change rather than on the daily count.

List on Coverage of Coronavirus Across the Country

Here is the full list on coverage of coronavirus across the country:

  • New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey have 60% cases from all the cases across the country as of April 9. The new cases range from 8,000 to 10,000 daily, which is a bad sign of the pandemic. Though the growth rate has slowed, as the graph is now making the curve, it shows that the increase in new cases is getting constant.
  • California and Washington were the states with the earliest cases, but now improvement has been seen in these states, and that is a good sign for the country as a whole. Washington has even returned the unused army hospital beds as well, which they took during the peak times.
  • Massachusetts is another state that is in its worst scenario. With more than 70,000 cases and a death toll of 4,000+, they are doing their best to fight it.
  • Illinois is number four in the data analyzed and merged by various sources with more 68,000 cases and around 3,000 deaths. The people of Illinois are worried about when kids can go back to their schools and when they will be back to their normal lives.

Initially, the increase in the cases was not much, as the testing kits were not readily available. Still, with more aid and support from various health organizations in the country, the cases are increasing rapidly. This is the reason that at the start of this pandemic, the cases were not looking considerable, but now the picture is in front of everyone, and we can imagine the impact that it is creating. It has shaken the US economy drastically, and the government is taking several steps regarding the welfare of the people.
